The worst experience I have had with American Airlines I have now booked the same flight 4 times. Never received confirmation email each time I call 1 800 number they day its a 2 hour wait they have called me back at 2am. I have spoken to a rep twice today each says ticket should be issued in the next 2 hours nothing comes first three flights disappeared and now price has gone up each day. Now I called what I thought was a local office I could go into the lady says I cant help you Im in Detroit and says call 1 800 number and disconnects the call then call me back and say you need to call 1800 number I tell her I have had enough and I disconnected the call she calls me back I refused to answer I didn't want to ride Delta because they are higher Spirit has those strange hours of flying but thats what I'm going to do and call my credit card company have them void transaction Frustrated just freaking frustrated at this point.

I traveled from DFW on American Airlines flights to Indianapolis,Indiana they were great at all gates and were very helpful, reservations was simple also reasonable rate .

In most cases, if you have a schedule change and your reservation was booked through a 3rd party (i.e. Expedia), they would notify you. If you booked directly with American and we have your contact info, we try our best to send each passenger notification in advance.
Yes you can get them at the ticket counter or through the self-service machine
If your travel plans are more than 14 days in advance...no. You can call and make your reservation on th he phone and mail in voucher. If less than 14 days away, then you must take to airport
Yup! Call them and they'll give you a reservation number that you can use later, but only to the same destination :-)
Miami I feel is our worst airport for pax as far as coming in Internationally. It is too far from terminals & customs area. Sorry for unconvincing everyone.

I paid $145.29 for this ticket the reason I can't sit way at the back cuz it hurts my ears but it known that I have paid more for my ticket so this means that you're not going to help me then
