after months of trying to get my samsung 4 watch to connect at multiple other stores *glastonbury im looking at you* and on my own, i was finally able to get everything straightened up at the buckland mall att store. staff was helpful and nice, and i walked away happy with my *now 7 month old* watch FINALLY connected to my phone.

I have been disappointed so many times going into this store. I have had ATT for awhile now and pay 250 a month for my bill. I just upgraded yesterday at a store near where I live. I was at buckland and my battery was low. I asked the sales person if I could charge it. (And told him I bought it at an ATT store) he said they don't do that and said there are charge stations in the mall (well if I had the cord that would be nice). So after buying a phone that was over a 1200.00 some galaxy buds....you would think I could charge my phone at one of their stores. Great customer service guys. I WONT be recommending you to anyone...and u have a lot of friend (ARMY).

Curtis was our customer service rep, who greeted us as soon as we entered the store. To say that he was kind and helpful was an understatement. He patiently answered all our questions, went above and beyond telling us about new deals that we are eligible for and more! All in all it was a great experience, Curtis deserves a 5-star review.
