Amazing customer service. Gave us all the pricing and information as fast as possibly. Super helpful and amazing service. Since purchasing a bed at this location it has been nothing but a headache. The bed that I had to wait for was sent to my home damaged and I refused delivery. I was asked to return to the store and was charged a second time for a second bed saying they would take care of getting the charges fixed with Mattress firm and the financing company. I had to pick the bed up myself to get it on the promised date of delivery. It has been 2 months since the purchase and I have disputed the charge myself and it is still showing on my acct. After speaking to the bank it is on MATTRESS FRIM TO CALL AND TAKE CARE OF THE CHARGE. I have called your store 5 times and can not even leave a message. I will not be purchasing my next bed thru any of your stores thanks to one specific employee who either lied or had no idea what he was talking about.

John was our salesman & he was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. He was so helpful, informative & did not pressure us or rush us at all ( as some places do). He was personable, funny and easy to chat with. While our new bed wasn't in stock he was upfront about it & even compensated us for the inconvenience. Darrell was also helpful when we asked a different question and also super personable & funny. My husband & I currently have a sleep number bed that needed to be repaired and unfortunately customer service with Sleep Number is horrible at best and we have been left with a non functioning bed for a while now, so when we walked in to Mattress Firm & met John and his exceptional customer service he made us Mattress Firm customers for life!!! Thank you so much John & Darrell, I truly hope Mattress Firm recognizes great employees & does something to reward employees like yourselves!!!! Thanks Again!!!!!!!!!
