went here today and ordered a small chicken noodle soup for 5.64 and the container was only halfway full of mostly broth. ice machine was not working and nobody was fixing it even after being asked by multiple customers. got completely ripped off. waste of time and money, very disappointed.

Before I start my review I just want to say my first two times were great which made me a regular but I cannot give the Noodle Company in Manchester a great review because the one thing that I dislike is the fact that they request a tip during purchase and just about every time after my first two times there I would give a tip only to have my order wrong. If you request to have mushrooms removed you end up having mushrooms when you start eating the food if you request anything for the most part to be removed after being told no problem you leave your tip you always end up with something you didn't want and for that reason I will not be returning ,also they make you feel uncomfortable when you don't leave a tip which makes you feel like what's going to happen to my food now

If I could put less than one star I would since I never even got my food. Tried ordering online but was given an error twice. Then I tried calling and was greeted by a robot. I was able to make it to the very end of my order when it asked what size meal I wanted and would not accept any answer repeatedly. Then used the option for a representative and was told less then two minutes for a wait. A minute goes by then it says longer than two minutes. Another minute goes by and it then says it's a three minute wait. Needless to say they lost my money
