Getting approved and moving in was the easiest process! The neighborhood seems so quiet but there's still lots of kids for ours to play with. We just had maintenance over to look at a couple things we noticed during move in, and they were all very nice, professional, and solved our problems. Great place!

I honestly don't even know where to begin. I have rented different homes for the last decade, and Grand Blanc Crossing has been the ONLY place that I have ever left feeling completely disgusted. My experience has been awful. They went as far as charging me $10 out of my security deposit for saying there was a splash of toothpaste on the bathroom wall upon move-out inspection, along with $6 for two lightbulbs. Mind you they have messed up several times and not once compensated - like the time they gave my new mail box keys to someone else and it took almost a week and a half to get the situation straightened out or have access to my mail. I would not recommend this community to anyone! Update - I vacated the premises a month ago and have yet to receive my security deposit back. I have called twice to get an update and both times my name and number have been taken. I was told yesterday that I would get a call back later on in the day - that never happened. Then I called today and no one was able to help me. I do not care to speak with anyone else about my experience, I just want the funds owed to me and to wash my hands of the company and entire situation.

A friend of mine lives here. Be report that I have gotten from them is that the management is very rude at best. They are overpriced for the services they provide. They definitely can't be counted on to take care of the roads during snow emergencies. Definitely going to plow you into your driveway. I mean yeah I get it it's a trailer park but still have a little bit of pride?

They have both options to rent or to buy.
Nothing is furnished, but lot rent is included in your rent. If your coming burying, it all depends on where your home is. My place had the woods as my backyard, lot rent was $525 I believe. Every year it goes up $10 so it could start out cheaper. I hope this helps
As long as the felony is over 12 years ago.we have a special this month that if you qualify the security deposit is only $499 with no rent until November 1st.
