The worst leasing place I had ever seen specially the customer service representative and the current manager (Abby and Jeff respectively ). They are very unprofessional when they say something with words make sure to have some kind of written proof on your hand. After you request the maintenance they took forever you have to call them 10 times to get an answer. I don't recommend this place at all because of the stuff they are working right now.

I don’t know what to say the worst apartment they charge me fir three month for internet without even giving me the password i told them i have other plans but they did not let me know they add the internet when releasing my lease the other horrible thing us every month they charge me for something that i don't know. In the past years it was good but the new management only focus on stealing our money. They even doesn't care about your property they will tow your car with out any issues because they did nit put my information correctly. I am so mad i don’t suggest anyone to live there they only care about their money. No proper facilities like water or even the internet not function properly. And the big problem is the front desk lady who dosent want to help or hear what you have.

I’ve been living at Millennium Dallas for about 6 months now. Management has been extremely helpful anytime I’ve needed anything fixed in my apartment or had any concerns. Whenever I need help in the office, Abby Maldonado, the Assistant Manager, always goes above and beyond to help me. She always keeps me updated if I receive a package or status on pending workorders.
