Horrible job all around. Interior looked barely vacuumed, console not cleaned or even wiped down. Hand wash since tracks were broken. Dirt and salt still everywhere. Waste of time. Will not be going back.

I was very pleased with Classie. I drove by and called in to gauge pricing, and spoke with an extremely helpful, funny, and friendly staff member. When I got there, the staff members guided me through the lanes and were all kind and hard working. I believe Dan helped me, and he was great! I got the “deluxe” package for $25 and my car was absolutely filthy with dog hair and salt from the roads, and yet they did an excellent job with the interior and exterior. It was WELL worth the price. I would certainly recommend!

Place was closed and took my money. They didn't return the call, so I was just at a loss. The system was automated. We came from Cincinnati and tried to wash our truck. We pulled in and put the debit card in the machine. It took the payment but when we pulled around , the door didn't open. I got out and tried to go inside but the doors were locked.
