I have been calling for about 3 weeks now and no one every answers the phone, I have left several messages with no one returning my phone calls either. So unprofessional and not a good look on your part, when you have people looking for an apartment.

My wife and son have lived here almost 3 years. We've had a broken fence nearly that whole time. Our A/C trips the breaker at least twice a week and they've refused to do anything about it. Our entire building has had an issue with ants so bad that our son was bitten on his face several time while in his crib, and that took them 3 months of complaining to get pest control to come out.Today our kitchen and dining room flooded due to a leak in our upstairs neighbors kitchen that they've been trying to get fixed since April! Nancy the property manager showed absolutely no concern whatsoever for our situation. DO NOT LIVE HERE! They are slumlords.

It was an adjustment at first but thIngs got way better. Maintenance always fixed my issues when I call, that’s what matters really. Ms. P. Frazier… eyeroll. People DON’T work for you… this is the busiest time of year for property management. A serious client will MAKE TIME to find the their answers & show up. If you aren’t paying people someone directly like an apartment locator do your own research! Period! This is YOUR issue finding a home. Theirs is running a community.

Garden Club Beauty

We’ve had mold since December 31st after an upstairs leak. Maintenance said they would repair the damages the following week. It’s now been 3 months. We have a child with a disability in the home and another child on the way. This is not safe. The office is conveniently closed today. Our fence has also been broken for almost 2 years and now another part has fallen down, not safe for children to play outside. We’ve always loved living here but this is unacceptable.
