They have one on the left side from the skate park.

Bikes are not allowed in the skatepark but there is a trail right outside/along the path that goes down the bayou. For cruisers not really bmx. If you ride your bike to the skatepark there's a rack to lock it at the entrance

It's a public park, so it's free, but you do need your own helmet, board, etc. There's a bike rental place right beside the park's visitor center that probably would rent helmets to you, though.

They allow skateboards, rollerskates, and rollerblades. No bikes or scooters.

BMX bikes are not allowed in the park but if you ride a bike to the park, they have racks you can lock the bike to.
