Horrible. Dirty equipment does not seem to follow Covid Protocol. Difficulty scheduling appointments. Not notified of cancellations in advance which meant a wasted trip. Previously went to Florida Hospital Imaging. So much better.

Before the below all the technicians have been great here at the Twin Lakes location. This place is absolute TRASH. From scheduling mix-ups to the scan readings. Two nodes in lung miraculaously disappear in under 2 months from another facility in my 1st CT scan to the one i get here; yeah thats not even possible , to having calls the "night" before the test, repeatedly, to be told its not going to be done last second, to today where my scan was 100% scheduled this morning to be done Before my PCP appointment later this morning only to be told NO its next week and we are triple booked. Love getting up at 5am, not being able to eat, just to be yeah we're not helping you in any way or even aplogizing which I DID NOT even get. Lies, all of it, this place is absolutely terrible and the female at the desk is looking and talking to me like its my freaking fault. For serious matters that bring people to facilities like this negative STARS apply. Didnt know I could add photos or I'd have taken them from the woman I dealt with. Instead of doing anything remotely to resolve the matter she did not even want to give me the managers information to just sitting there pretending to click away while waiting for me to get up and leave instead. TRASH, all of it. I'm taking photos and posting next time
