I ordered an item in response to an "in stock" email. A week after payment without any change in order status, I contacted customer support. I was informed that my order was actually a preorder. This was definitely not the case when I placed the order. The website makes it very clear - as it should - when you are preordering an item. I did not make nor want a preorder, so I asked for it to be cancelled. I was then charged a 5% cancellation fee. So basically I am paying for their mistake and/or mishandling of my order. Not cool.

Pros: Great selection of products and friendly customer service. Con: Slow shipping with FedEx. I had a couple small issues with my recent order. The God Gundam box had damage and the order didn’t come with the usual sticker.

Not really. You have to go to actually bandai to order replacement pieces. I mean usa gundam store helped me because of me get my perfect grade thru them but I think the only way I got my part is due to the fact that they had a kit that was defected. You could try to contact them and see if they can help.
