I like that the sign that calls it a manufactured housing park since they really aren't mobile in the sense they were once considered mobile. Looks well kept and roads are good.

They don't accommodate RVs
I am not sure what it is currently, but when we moved out in March, it was already I think $500. The reason we moved from this place was because after they had switched owners, the rent kept going up every few months significantly. I would not recommend this place to anyone and your money will be best spent somewhere else.
Carolyn, they usually don't sell homrs, their residents do. I would drive around the park and look for signs.
