The worst possible place to take anything. Dropped off a package for heart medication for my mom to send to her while on a work trip on 9.30.22 at 6:00 pm as of today 10.4.22 at 8 pm this package has not left the store. No scheduled pickup, this is the most basic function of shipping. How can UPS even support this franchise location with such bad reviews. Not one review but MULTIPLE reviews. I called the 1-800 number to report this and I couldn’t even get a pickup scheduled to get my package. These people working here has ZERO accountability. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT UPS IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE EVER, I HAVE LOST ALL RESPECT FOR THIS CONPANY. I DON’T CARE ABOUT THE COSTS TO MOVE MY BUSINESS FOREVER. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here, don’t use UPS, you will regret it and will have the same outcome as me. I just wish that I would have read the reviews before coming. If there was a way to rate negative 5 stars I would.

The people in this store are the saddest and rudest I've seen. Horrible customer service. Makes me curious to how they looked in their interview to get the job in the first place.
