I'll start by saying that mistakes can be made but if they're made repeatedly, they become habit. This post office has a habit of losing or wrongly delivering packages. Time and time again I've had important mail or packages wrongly delivered or just not arrive. It's so annoying and even when I questioned about it, their response of "we'll tell them to be careful" doesn't suffice if they continue to lose packages. It's pathetic.

Louis is incredible! He was so patient and helpful with me this week with a large international shipment. It was my first time shipping overseas and I tried to come prepared but the bar code on my customs forms weren’t working. He helped me get everything worked out without feeling like I was annoying or causing a line at the store. His customer service is impressive and this store is lucky to have him.

I need the direct contact number fot the Hurst Location, because the 800 # doesn't offer me the options for my question about a priority mail overnignt?
USPS used to have guarantee if a flat rate overnight envelope wasn't delivered within 2 days. I don't know if that policy still holds up, you would have to contact USPS. But if they do still have a guarantee for this service, you can file a claim for a refund online through their website.
You can get your passport done here, if that is what you mean.
