DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! 0 stars. Worst Branch Ever. They just can't figure it out. Wait time is an hour every day. I have had to come here everyday because of my business for the last 2 years. Every single day is the same.. Only have 2 good counterstaff Marlene and Armando... The rest should be fired.. They are just collecting a free paycheck.. This Wells Fargo has cost me a minimum of 740 hours of my life that I can't get back.. I wish I could post photos here because it's absolutely ridiculous. Fake customer service.

I LOVE this branch of Wells Fargo. There are a handful of employees that are worth mentioning specifically, since they always go above and beyond for the clients at this branch! Keisha Reynolds, Yolanda Gibbons, Maritza Espinoza, Silva Shoukry..these four women are fabulous at what they do. If they didn't work at this branch, I probably would go to another branch since parking is difficult and I hate that they took away the business window and they are usually way under staffed. But when I do finally park my car and get through the line to do my transaction...I know that with this type of a staff, any and all my banking needs will be met professionally, correctly and with a sincere (NOT phony) smile and enthusiasm for doing their job well. Keep up the good work ladies. If you ever quit and go work at a different branch or even a different BANK...I will follow you! I bank with several banks, and I've never written a review for any of them. And please know I'm not raving about Wells Fargo, I'm complimenting these four exceptional employees that work there!

Such a long waiting time to get to a cashier, it should have more cashiers since it's a pretty busy branch. There's just a bunch of the workers wandering around talking to each other and that's it. Bad service until you get to the cashier.
