I opened a new account here. The image of a bank called Wells Fargo improved a lot because a person named Vanessa was so kind. Even though my English was short, he spoke softly so I could understand everything he said. Thank you 👍👍👍

It's an ATM. Unless you make an appointment, you won't get help with the most basic services, and tell you to call in, which takes an hour+, or use their app/website, which don't work well.

Well, Now I realize why this Branch has very low stars rating, I chose 1 star because there's no lowest otherwise I would choose -1 , I came to this branch because is the nearest to my job area, I wanted to get a replacement card, I showed my California ID but because my ID says FEDERAL LIMITS APPLY they want me to show another one, I was like WHAT?? Anyways I couldn't get my card replacement!!! is so ridiculous how they waste our time is just insane, I've been with Wells Fargo for over 7 years but with this Issue I think is time to change to another bank!!
