My experience is… they take care of you like family. I have taken myself here when I know it might be more than I can handle …! I’ve now taken both of my parents here when visiting from afar and became ill. Have ALWAYS felt like I’m really getting CARE. It’s the expertise and advice I turn to and will continue to turn to. Not your basic, subpar urgent care provider!

I needed an allergy shot on saturday afternoon. Arrived there at 3:30 and by 5pm it was me and one other patient. by 7pm I received the two shots. Staff is friendly, but there was no excuse to sit in a room for over two hours to get a shot.

Went here after rejection at another Urgent Care in town. I was not seen but they were polite, receptive and kind. The reason for not being seen was not under their control or mine. I forgot it was the beginning of the year and my Deductible was not yet met. They did demand my credit card up front which I did not like. But even so if not, then most would have charged me up front anyway, so I do not completely blame them. I do think overall Urgent Care should not be so prohibitively expensive. But the good news is that this Urgent Care would have been willing to see me for what I came for. That's why I'm giving them Medium stars, but the politeness and professionalism of the staff was FAR BETTER than another Urgent Care in town. I did end up getting what I needed but it was HELL to do it. In the end a much kinder and more professional clinic in Utah (where I'd originally been seen), saved the day with the help of Hastings very awesome, kind and helpful Wal-Mart pharmacy which impressed my socks off! Overall medical care in this country stinks so much, that I wish it was not necessary sometimes. But write your Congressman to find us a system that works. The USA just cannot seem to get it together. Overall this Urgent Care was ok but I just had complications.
