Customer service was the worst I've ever had. She gave no information. She didn't bother to assist with data transfer, phone accessories etc. Went to Irving and Gabriel was Amazing. Do not go to pipeline location

Very bad customer service, she didn’t explain really anything about our purchase & told us we qualified for a promotion but ended up paying regular price at the end. She got annoyed when we asked if she could put on the screen protector for the phone & even tried convincing us otherwise. She also treated us as if we a burden when it’s literally her job to help us. -10/10 do not recommend this store.
