Yes!! We took our almost 3 year old and 1 year old! They both loved it. The toddler had a field day with the fossils, interactive displays and the kid zone play area. Definitely a place for a toddler that never stops!

Yes. The website has the full information about it. I personally like using City Pass and it comes out cheaper since there's more places that you can go. Dallas World Aquarium is just on the other side of the street amd they are both part of the City Pass.

Yes, they have a cafeteria style restaurant with burgers, pizza, salads, etc. (at least when we went). A little pricey, as you'd expect, but actually has good food for what it is. We were pleasantly surprised.

No price change due to the season. Really, the Perot is almost always busy. The least busy I've seen it is during the start of the school year. Even with crowds there are enough exhibits to experience without being stuck waiting. Good luck!

It's cheaper to get a membership in my opinion, but we're a family of five. You would have to check their website for single ticket prices.

4 floors, I'd say probably 14 total. There is a kids area on the bottom floor, along with a traveling exhibit focused on Legos right now. I think it would be a great place to have a birthday, especially for smaller children, make sure to call ahead or go on a day that it's not busy. The place can get very busy on some days, there is also an aquarium very close by. There is some good food in the cafeteria, and a playset for the kids to play on while the adults can watch outside. You can buy and ticket online or just go to the ticket booth there and buy the event ticket separately. It will cost more on it's own tho than if you had gotten a general admission ticket/event special bundle
