Maintenance is generally really quick to any problem and are really nice. No sign of bugs or any other critters ( used to live in Washington DC where that used to be a problem) Very dog friendly have not have an issue with my little pup. Very good location wise if you want a decent place next to the base.

Please stay away from this place. The only convenience it has is commute to work and essential shopping needs close by. With such a big military presence in this complex you would think the staff is more considerate and helpful but they are not. The new clerk Aubriana is so rude it's ridiculous talking to her as if she dislikes her job and doesn't want to answer any questions without having a attitude like shes annoyed. Melissa the property manager can be nice but doesn't reply or even attempts to try and talk to you when you reach out and when you finally do speak with her she doesn't know what's going on or constantly on vacation or out of the office. Phill was the nicest person and very helpful moving in but he's no longer here and the maintenance guys are really nice. I've lived in some not so great apartments around the world but this is by far the worst staff I've ever dealt with. My lease is not even up was rushed to sign a new one with a long turn around reaponse after calling to see what's going on. It's like I don't even want to live here anymore. 1 more year. It's really sad.
