I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. After you move they will keep charging you and will do whatever they can do keep the deposit. Take pictures of everything. And when they don’t get what they want, they will report it to your credit agency. Good thing I already have good credit and I’ve held the disputes. You’ll thank me later

After a few years here, I will now likely be moving out with this year's rent increase (+$115). I moved here because it was cheap, but management must be out of their minds if they think I will be paying a collective $950 for a 310 square foot studio, with a barebones "kitchen" from the 70's with a whooping 1'x2' counter space, when all over the county, including just around the corner at King's Court, you can get 800 SQ FT 1-bedrooms for the exact same price. Don't take the rent here at face value. There are fees and all sorts of utilities that you pay that will increase your monthly payments by about $75. This does not include electric, which I fully expect to pay anywhere. All of this on top of a mediocre part of town, loud neighbors who also have dogs (supposedly not allowed here) and hit random buzzers at all hours of the night or prop open security doors or have cops called on them for fighting, and having a bullet strike my car from across the street, and extremely loud cars roaring down the street at all hours, and sirens going by every day. I am so sick of this place, but this asinine, out-of-touch price hike has pushed me over the edge. The attached photo is my latest monthly dues, before my upcoming $115 increase. Again, this is for a 310 SQUARE FOOT STUDIO.

My experience with the Imperial Tower maintenance crew was great! I put a work request in the system and by the next day Adan came to resolve it while I was at work. He replaced my dishwasher that wasn't working properly. He even went above and beyond by taking a second to check on some things under the sink and in my bathroom and he fixed those as well. I'm thankful because I'm a female who lives by myself and I don't know how to do any of that or even that it was broken! Thank you
