Went in for my booster shot. No wait time, painless and it just so happened pharmacy is by the beauty products aisle so I got what I needed and was out quickly. No line at checkout either but it was around noon on a Sunday.

I don't think a thirteen year old can legally work in most places just yet.
I couldn't tell you what their requirements are for a writing a check I haven't written one at a store and so long I know that when you do right one now they run them through immediately while you're standing there and hand them right back to you anyways so you might as well be using your debit card anyways. I didn't even realize they had a debit card at Target I know they had check cashing cards at Jewel. They might be possibly talking about a check cashing card which is just registering with them so that you can write a check over the amount if so that is just as simple as getting a jewel check cashing card should be a simple form to fill out and immediate ability to get cash back I would think?
