I bought my 2020 Indian Scout Bobber ICON series from here last year. Excellent service from Bob, Monty and the service guys! Great communication from the start, they have been able to accomodate my needs around my work schedule from the get go. Every single time I have visited since then I get nothing but great service and get treated with respect. Good group of people here, wouldn't go anywhere else for my next bike.

After having what I considered a very positive initial experience at this dealer, the true way these guys do business unfortunately became my reality. After waiting nearly two months for my bike to arrive, and with absolutely no communication from Bob the manager, I was amazed to suddenly find my bike listed on their website. So I called to check the status, only to find out yes my bike was due to arrive, but Bob had accepted money from someone else at some point, and so my bike was no longer available. Amazingly, even before it was actually delivered to the dealer. At no point did he ask, or even hint at a needed down payment. After my test drive it was understood I was simply waiting for my bike to arrive. Even to include over of $2k in accessories to be installed prior to delivery. If Bob was nervous about the sale, at the very least he could have contacted me requesting a down payment, which I gladly would have provided. Not sure why the other guy's money was better than mine, but I was also traveling over 8 hours total for the deal to happen, including my 4 hour round trip for the initial test drive. This bike was already sold doing things the right way, but apparently Bob preferred his Jersey way of doing business. All I can say is, an unhappy customer talks to way more fellow riders about a dealership experience than a happy one. Buyers beware. If they did it to me, you could be next.

We stopped in to look around and met Morgan. He took his time and answered all of my husband's questions about the Indian Motorcycles. The young lady there(didn't get her name but I think she is Morgan's wife) was so nice to me and my daughter while we waited. We weren't looking to purchase today but when hubby is ready, we will be back to this dealership.
