Staff is very friendly and maintenance works very hard to repair anything that needs to be fix. Only downside is how some of the other residence who feel the property is their own personal racetrack.

My experience at north gate apartment's has been great. The staff in the office Jenny, nina, anna, and the district manager all are extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Jesus one of the maintenance guy came to my apartment and addressed all my concerns. Jesus is a true professional very intelligent regarding his job!! 😁

I have rented various units at Northgate Apartments over the last 8+ and as long as I chose to rent this will always be home. My apartment home has all of the amenities that make it feel like the perfect cozy hideaway. I mostly enjoy the spacious balcony, garage, stainless steel appliance, ceiling fan, massive mirrors in the bathrooms, washer and dryer in my unit etc. I have watched the Management Team change and grow for the better over time. Jennifer H. is a great leader and without a doubt will ensure the staff in the office continue to deliver stellar customer service. I also would like to note that the maintenance crew, Nicki and Wilson to name a couple are phenomenal and always fulfill work orders in a timely fashion. I'm happy to live here and will continue to refer others! Great job Team.

Tenants pay their own gas and electric service, a $5.00 per month trash fee and a small portion of the monthly water and sewer bill. Proof of the services being set up is a requirement before keys are given out at move in.
Application fees are $50 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment.
