Sold me a car with damage and now they won't do anything about it. Bought all the warranties and they would even pay off the car to help with the trade in offered me 10k less than what I gave for it 3 months ago. Would not recommend this place at all. Sales manager admitted that the man who looked at the car in the service department no longer works there but made the marks on the car with the problem just didn't report it. Then they said the car had no previous damage to the beer when it did I pointed it out at the time of purchase. I was told it was nothing but a dwnt from the previous owners backing into something.. very disappointed they refused to help me even though my car had the new car warranty and gap.

So excited to be in my new RAV4 from Toyota of Ardmore! This is the third Toyota vehicle our family has purchased from here and recommend them to anyone looking for their next vehicle. Trevor was outstanding and was so easy to talk to and very accommodating. We came pretty late in the evening and are so appreciative to them for not making us feel rushed throughout the process. Shane in finance was also super helpful and explained all our our options and answered any finance questions that we had.
