I called Harmony to get a fax number for Admissions Department today about 5:15PM and the gentleman politely put me on hold and then answered again stating, "Im sorry Im still trying to find the fax no." I think the receptionist should have all the important facility numbers including fax numbers on hand at the front desk. I waited so long so I decided to check the website and found the fax number.

The employees are very professional, hardworking and well dedicated to their jobs. It is so overwhelming to see residents who get better after their therapy and from the care given by the nursing team and other departments. Aside from that it is good to work and be a resident in Harmony because this facility is very clean, with wide surrounding with wide parking and accessible to transportation.

A great place to work because its clean and staff are hardworking and dedicated. I've been working here for more than 20 years and for me this is my second home. I love my job, the resident that I am helping leave a part in my heart. I consider them as part of my family. Listening to them of how grateful they are of my help and seeing them get well is very rewarding. I am proud to be a part of an accommodating and comforting team.

Don't take him there before you research the place first, make a visit to the place and talk to the residents it's not what they make it seem or at least try to call where the residents live you see they don't answer the telephone and when the residents press the red botton for assistance they don't come to they're aid specially at night time when the visitors are gone. Wherever you want to place your love one research it first so you don't have to regret it later.
