Very Friendly staff, Especially the Front Morning Receptionist and the Nurses. Staff is extremely Nice they all speak with a smile.

My father Edward Bivins had a stay at Symphony.While there he was neglected by staff. He wasn't given a bath or shower when needed.. Missing clothing when they were sent to be washed never returned. My dad's birthday was April 1st. He died April 3rd. Someone needs to look into these people.. I've been told they are the worst to send you love ones to.

They stole my dad check and he wasn’t even there for a month before they took his money and put him in the hospital cause of the neglect and abuse I would not place a loved one here they only about money

Complaining if I have to but overall I gotta commend the staff for being patient because of the different attitudes they deal with even with there training...I mean everyday,look it ain't the Hilton but they are a concern nursing,home!!!Amen
