I was a resident here in 2014.i seen people suffer.they did not check on residents.i seen two to three people die.i seen a 90yr old fall and hit his head.they covet it up.put a helmet on his head.sad it was a fashion show.

This one star is ACTUALLY A ZERO! Standing by itself because the NURSES IN 3 NORTH ARE LIARS, DISRESPECTFUL, NOT CUT OUT FOR CARING FOR GOD’S people. I have personally witnessed the CNA’. As well as the. so called nurses cussing at somebodies loved one. The facility is falling apart I can supply pictures. Searching the rooms of the residence as well as body searches on the residence on 3 North. This is not my first time with SYMPHONY OF MORGAN PARK. My daughter was there back in 2015-2016, whereas she refused to take her medicine do to the FACT THE MEDICINE WAS NOT HERS. This place is feeding the residence food that could not have any nutrients value. Picture to show evidence and videos to show the language and treatment being presented by the NURSES AND CNA. They walk in the residence rooms when the curtains are pulled for privacy and just look. What if the resident was dressing (oops). Hospitality nor passion is felt in Symphony of MORGAN PARK . They have a policy in place whereas if a residence gets loud with them(only because the STAFF IS HOLLERING AT GROWN PEOPLE) the resident hollers back they will WRITE THEM UP AS AGGRESSIVE and send them to JACKSON PARK for a week.(Psych). There other was to do thinks if you are a THINKER AND NOT full of USELESS THOUGHTS and UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. The most awful place my father has ever been. He was there for a few months The social service director appeared to be intoxicated or drunk and had a snarky demeanor, she was no help at all and kept putting me off to another worker who wouldn’t even answer her door not to mention. Her breath had an alcohol smell to it. and let’s not start with nurses and employees were also disrespectful they do more talking than working . I was placed on hold each time I called to speak to a nurse. I tried to reach out to an higher-up but he or she was unavailable. What a surprise. Even over the phone I could hear the irritation in everyone’s voice. One thing I can say I met a pleasant CNA I wish I could remember her name just so I can tell her go find better. Guys, spare yourself the headache. Don't waste your time in this ghetto. What may have occurred if I had left my father there is all I could have envisioned.

TERRIBLE PLACE. My mom went for PT and OT, never received any of it. Very incompetent workers! They are just in it for the money. If you love you family members, you would not take them here. Shirley Ryan is the best inpatient rehab in Chicago!!! The place is dirty, hasn't been remodeled since the 90's. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BY THE CITY.
