They had quick customer service, for setting new service and returning equipment. I try to stay away from monopolistic companies like Comcast, but if you only have them as your internet provider (a consequence of their monopoly in your area), then the reps at this store, don't give you more reasons to distress. Top folks, I just wish their C level management were just as good.

I dreaded trip to face-to-face encounter at Xfinity. There was a bit of a wait, but thankfully I was greeted by Deanne from Burlington location. She not only listened to my myriad of issues, she wad pleasant, knowledgeable & patient. It did take about an hour to resolve issues, but her note taking was thorough & clear for tech visit today. I appreciate having someone who answered all questions and willing to go an extra mile to resolve. I highly recommend asking for Deanne if you need to visit Xfinity in Burlington,MA

It was a simple transaction of canceling cable and returning the equipments. It is something many people dread doing because of the constant up selling in this industry… But today I had a very pleasant experience, and Sean was very professional, personable, and attentive. He took care of everything in a timely manner, and even held the door. Exceptional customer service. I urge everyone to make this location their preferred service office location.
