I cold-called Stephen looking for help to resize a photo I needed that day for a locket I was giving as a gift. It was out of the range of his typical services, but nonetheless Stephen got me the help I needed within an hour. When I asked him what I should pay for the help he didn’t even ask for a fee. Not only that, he enhanced the image as well. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a genuinely nice person. Thank you Stephen!

I sent Stephen some faded 1960's slides and asked what he could do with them. He was able to enhance and restore them so they look like they were taken yesterday by a professional! His work is excellent, his prices fair and he was extremely professional with good turn around time. I have referred him to my friends who have also been extremely satisfied. His work is superb!

We are so impressed with the work Stephen was able to do to restore some family pictures dating back over 100 years. Some had just deteriorated, and others had faded from hanging on a wall that got sun. While initially skeptical that they could be restored, we are delighted with the end result. We have moved into a new home where the pictures can once again be prominently displayed. We are getting much pleasure from them.

Hi Jeanna, Our average is two weeks at the present time. But we will work with people's situations knowing that sometimes it is needed sooner. Always good to ask. Thanks, Stephen
Hi A., There is always a risk of damage when handling antique photos and frames. We often work with them and always begin with a thorough physical inspection to determine if the photo can be safely removed from frame for scanning (or digital copying). We will scan through the glass if necessary. Each picture is unique. The objective is not only to restore the image but to document it digitally thereby preserving it forever. Hope this helps. Stephen
Hi Elizabeth, Depends on size of picture, sharpness (focus), physical properties of print, etc. Unlikely to enlarge to 8X10", maybe smaller though. Would really need to see it live, or even a cell phone picture of it sent to us will suffice to get a better idea of what it looks like. Hope this helps, Stephen
