I come to this store at least twice a week to ship for my hotel guests. And everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Today was the complete opposite. I don't understand how the two individuals working today at 5:47pm, a tall White man with strawberry hair with piercings and glasses and a short Latinx black short hair and glasses, were extremely rude and disrespectful. She was the worst. Yelling at me from behind the boxes. She said, "we don't need to help you." I asked for her name and she refused. I walked out. I will never come here again and I will tell all my hotel friends and guests how bad the customer service is here.
