Edit: ironically was just able to get a hold of the store. We’ll see how long it takes to reverse the charges. Corporate should have stepped in to help a long time ago. Overcharged by two months after cancelling our storage space. Will not return phone calls and is never in the office. Corporate has done nothing to help either.

Absolutely would recommend CubeSmart to family and friends. The Manager Brandon was extremely helpful and accommodating. When we arrived at the facility we were greeted by Rose who was amazing , professional and friendly. She had us checked in minutes. 5 stars all around.

Having utilized various storage facilities on the east coast and west coast I can genuinely say Brandon by far is the best manager I have ever dealt with regarding my experience. Brandon still has in his vocabulary words like thank you and other kind words. The areas is always clean. Brandon's style is courteous and professional.
