Had a package sent from within my own city. Website tracking still shows delay 6 days later. Contact UPS automated system tells me the same. After a significant amount of difficulty the automated system finally gets me to a live person. The representative informs me they consider the package lost and sends me an email. They have no other info available. This was very important time sensitive correspondence. Not the first time this has happened either. routinely have packages delivered by them to wrong addresses. The USPS does a better job than this. Whatever happened to you UPS? I have no faith in you left! 1 star since I couldn't leave less!!

Depends on how long it's been at the hub, after a certain amount of time they'll mail it to your address

It should have arrived Monday unless Monday was a holiday, then the day after the holiday. I usually receive my packages on time thru UPS but occasionally they run late by one or two days. USPS has a reliable next day service for envelope mail, maybe try them next time.
