I was assisted my a rude employee. He didn’t want to acknowledge me and was slow to help. Had to repeat myself a few times as he was not paying attention to anything I was saying.

I like that this location can pick and choose who they serve. It was me and one other person in this location. THREE people were working. The one guy was packing up so I understand him not assisting me. The young lady was helping the other person. Well the young man who was done helping his customer decided his coworker needed help locating ONE package. Then proceeded to stand there and look over her shoulder while she finished with that customer. Then when she was done and another customer walked in all the sudden he was helping people again. It must be nice to have the luxury of picking and choosing who you assist at work. I would love for my job to have that option.

Saw that I had a few boxes which was heavy and had to make multiple Trips. 4 people working and not ONE ask they can help. They just look at me. Then expect me to carry them all the way to the end of the register so he can scan!!! Horrible service 🤦🏽‍♀️ Do better!
