hello good morning, I hope you are very well and Mr. continues to bless you for such noble work. More than a suggestion, it is a question... Me and my family (husband and 3 children) are about to travel from Venezuela to the US looking for a better quality of life, I have no one to receive us in that country and we are looking for a refuge that receive us as a family, in that case what help would you give us, even for 2 months while we work and manage to rent something on our own... thank you very much and I hope your favorable response...

I think this homeless shelter is a joke. The way they have there intake setup is a joke. They are not there to help you they are just making you run around in circles. I think all homeless shelters should be investigated for human rights violations. I don't think it is funny when you are trying to get help and there are no help our there when it comes to homeless. Homeless shelters are just making money off of homeless people in need.

I took someone to the shelter, and I ended up spending a few hours there, even ate with the homeless while the person I took there was waiting to be interviewed. I was amazed to see the genuine kindness, caring and love shown by the entire staff, and by Hanna, the Senior Program Coordinator.

Every Monday is fresh intake as in first come first serve. But otherwise wait until 7 p.m. and be here in person if you weren't here the night before. If you don't know any of the staff I'd suggest talking to the security guard.

Monday Tuesday and Wednesday year round
Our beds are twin extra long, king size sheets would be much too big.
I do not know I'm just a homeless person that stays there.
Yes they have a room for family separate if there's no women and kids in there you can stay. Even if there i have seen them allow a single man take his young child in the adult side .
They don't ask for anything! Just try to check in early and by ten p.m . Betty K can help you!
