Every Monday is fresh intake as in first come first serve. But otherwise wait until 7 p.m. and be here in person if you weren't here the night before. If you don't know any of the staff I'd suggest talking to the security guard.
Hi Tammy, Michaels response is correct. On Monday's beds are received on a first come first serve basis. Guests have the opportunity to reclaim their bed each other night of the week before 7:30p.
