Yes they have a room for family separate if there's no women and kids in there you can stay. Even if there i have seen them allow a single man take his young child in the adult side .
There are 2 buildings to Monsignor King 1 side that houses male and female in separate quarters and the other building is for women with children . So no its not a problem
Lots of too friendly people, so if your not scared of your toddler getting around strangers then go on: security is also on shift there too.
