My shopping experiences tend to be a hit or miss, but overall I enjoy looking for great finds and I tend to find them whenever I visit. I only visit when they have their 50% off sale (monthly), or .99 cent clothing sale (twice a year). As their normal prices are pretty pricey for second hand items. It's also a bit inconvenient that their fitting rooms are STILL closed from when Covid first began. So, unfortunately you have to try on clothes in the aisles. If you want to make sure they fit prior to purchasing. As they do not allow returns.

The store itself is well organized and clean. I do, however, have an issue with the pricing. As a thrift store, the items they are selling have been DONATED to them. Why are the prices so high? The prices are higher than those of the Uptown Cheapskate across the street, only the clothes at UC are of higher quality, less worn, and more modern in style. I assume it's to capitalize on the rise in popularity of vintage clothing, but even then, not every t-shirt, sneaker, or sweater fit that mold. It's disheartening to see a store that prides itself for being community-supportive becoming so opportunistic. Also, to whoever is replying to these reviews with that copy-and-pasted "We sincerely apologize..." message. Please, don't bother with replying to this one. Be sure all these reviews are shared with your staff/management because after reading the last 5/6 reviews, I'm not the only one unhappy with how things are priced at this store.

Love the store. Have for many many years. Just seems that prices have gone up. Which it has everywhere. Just used things should not be close to original pricing. When you can go to Walmart and get brand new.

Used to be a good store . . Still like it but they really need to work with prices... And also with their tag promotion....
