Ordered an expensive road bike with them in December 21 and left a thousand dollar deposit. Was told delivery in late March 22 at time of purchase. Got several emails in the following weeks pushing delivery back to end of June 22. It was annoying but no worries. I can wait. Then now in May I get a call saying they oversold the bike and it’s not available. I was refunded my deposit but they literally wasted 6 months of my life. On top of that they offered to re-order with delivery after several more months and even that in a color I didn’t want. I know COVID is causing supply chain issues and various other problems but come on. There has to be a better way to handle this. Terrible experience start to end.

Ordered an eBike online from Summit- the bike shipped with the wrong charger, but a call to the online-order support number on the website had that fixed immediately. The staff were very helpful and worked immediately to fix the problem when I called them. The bike was packed and assembled very well. Bike was shipped quickly after placing my online order. Summit had this bike in stock when no local shops did- I'd recommend ordering from Summit to anyone.

Came in looking to upgrade my bike to a newer model nice layout of the bikes. You have a lot of options to pick from. The employees enjoy their job and know their bikes. I would highly recommend people come here when it comes to selecting a bike

My presta valve core got bent somehow and my tire was flat when I got to the trail. Stopped by Summit since it was the closest shop and the service department was extremely helpful. They helped install a new valve core properly, gave me a detailed explanation of how it worked and how to change them properly, and filled up my tire to make sure on the spot. Only charged a very small fee for their time. Thank you DALTON for your assistance!
