I was in the market to purchase a trumpet. So I spoke with the Music Village. They gave me some ideas on what to get. Doing my due diligence, I did some supplemental research on the Internet. I decided to buy from them because they offer maintenance and servicing. I also appreciated their help in suggesting a good student trumpet, along with helping me answer to age-old dilemma, rent or buy. I use this as an example that Internet shopping isn't always the right thing.

Osaiasi, I shop at Music Village, but I'm not employed there. I go, usually, to the one on Santa Teresa. You didn't mention what instrument you play. They do have tablature and scores, as well as method books, for piano and a number of band instruments. They are happy to order something, if you can't find what you want. As for instruments, they have a number of keyboards, a pretty good selection of guitars, and some smaller instruments like harmonicas and tambourines. They also carry things like guitar strings, music racks, metronomes, some cables, etc. The store on Union might have more of certain things, but I get lost when I try to get over there. Oh well.
