Called these guys to do a repair and unfortunately my wife was home and told me they were charging almost 10k for repair. I figured she was home with the kids so the rep saw it as an opportunity to take advantage. Anyways got the unit fixed for around $1500 I hope this isn't normal business practice. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

I highly recommend JackRabbit Air Conditioning! The personel are friendly, especially Elizabeth. The on-site workers and crew are excellent. I called JackRabbit AC at the very last minute after hours because my unit suddenly stopped working. Elizabeth answer the phone and sent Guty (aka Tito) immediately to my house. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it on the spot! Thank you, again, JackRabbit for great service!

Wow Excellent customer service great communication by txt and phone Thank you Angela! Thank you for Jason (technician) for the outstanding job. No hiding Fee. Jason explained every single step before he start the tune up on my A/C. Also advised me what necessary and not necessary to improve my A/C. $65 WOW. I highly recommend this company for everyone. I am signed up for a maintenance program for $99/year (2 visit). Great company, excellent team!!!!! A+++++

Jack Rabbit prioritized my emergency appointment request, the technician (Tito) provided a detailed and comprehensive overview of what led to my AC system issues and return my system to normal operation. My AC issues were completely resolved in less than three hours. The professionalism of the staff (telephonic & in person) and ultimate resolution of my problem has left me completely satisfied. I will utilize Jack Rabbit’s services for all future AC maintenance and problem resolution.
