If the package is dropped before the postal service pickup time, then all mail goes out the same day. Same as any day of the week. Same as any post office. Hope that helps answer your question.
I do not think so, but I got my mine from the Passport office in downtown Dallas
due to the virus, we reduced the hours but have now gone back to regular hours. 7-7 m-f and sat 8-2
