Horrible customer service!!! You crear labels at home so you can stop by and just drop off your orders, but their drop box is always stuck, they never come to the door in a quickly manner have you waiting for a long period of time. And when you want to just drop it off with the ladies, they want you to wait in line. What’s the point of have pre paid labels and still want us to wait in line. Very rude. Especially the second lady to the front door wearing that Mask all the time. You need to look for another job.

The Cedar Hill mail carrier in Cedar Hill is horrible!!! The girl that was delivering mail was on her cell phone. If not on the cell she had head phones on. She came late in the evening every day. Then they got a male he is awful he comes at 6?:00 ?pm and our out going Ail is late to our credit card cards. This has got to stop!!@!!!

Living in Cedar Hill 30yrs. This POst Office Is terrible! The Carriers Can't even tell which street they are on.!! My house number isall they go by, I get any street mail that has my number, and visa-versa!!!
