Customer service is horrible. Unless you are an african american person like them, they won’t acknowledge you. Literally never greet me or offer to help. But when an african american person walk in, they were help immediately. Racist workers (and I wasn't the only person who wasn't african american that was treated poorly)

The women in the store (curly hair and glasses) was on the phone the entire time we were in the store. When i asked a question about where something was, she acted like i was bothering her. While ringing our items up which came to over $70, she proceeded to talk on the phone about her cellphone being in the office. The ONLY thing she said to us was “do you want out credit card” terrible experience and i will go out of my way to go to the carters elsewhere. If i could give it 0 stars i would.

Came to pickup my daughter's online order. Map to facility took me to the rear loading dock. 🤯 Once inside, the service was on point. Unfortunately for the associate who helped me, the organization of online orders left a lot to be desired in the way of organization. Her persistence, however, paid off and my daughter was pleasantly pleased.

My first time shopping at this store. Not crowded at all. A cozy place with a lot of cute clothes for kids. I gladly give them 5 stars.
