The service tech was very professional, explained everything, did an excellent job, but it was very pricey. He did thoroughly discuss the price before doing the work, and I said go ahead because I needed it done. I loved the service and excellence but would probably look elsewhere for cheaper plumbers before calling them back. $700 for 2-3 hours work to install new plumbing to a tub/shower, and I provided all of the new parts. The $700 was just the labor. Excellent company, but affordability is an issue.
