Wow! I am relocating from TX to MI for a few months, and about 3 hours into my 1,300 miles, 2-day drive, I realized I forgot my Mac power chord back in TX. Yikes!! Searching online, calling, and in-store in just about every town I could on my drive up, no store (Walmart, Target, Best Buy, staples, computer repair, or apple) had my iMac cord. Nowhere! I started looking at northern Michigan locations because that's where I was headed, and I found Mad Mikes repair right away, a top-rated & prime location. After looking at the website, I was not 100% if he would have any power cords available for sale, but I decided to check it out anyway. I called in first thing Monday morning, and he answered immediately with 'yes, we have the cord.' I sprung up from my sad and distraught state on the couch & rushed over to Mad Mikes to get me a new iMac cord. And to top off my already excited feeling for the cord, he just gave it to me! No charge. Talk about saving the day! Such a nice, knowledgeable guy. A must-stop place in TC for all your comp & accessory needs. Thank you, Mad Mike! I will for sure be back. 5 stars all around ⭐️

Excellent service, will return. They were able to get my MacBook Air to power back on after both Best Buy and the Apple Store couldn’t. The recommendation at these other establishments was to send my computer away for $400 or buy a new one. Mad Mikes charged me $60 and fixed the issue in less than 24 hours. I will be going here from now on!
