Horrible horrible customer service!!! They have the worst billing. We have asked multiple times for an itemized receipts and they do not ever give them. The prices change each time. They also do not show up to deliver to our house sometimes and they give no explanation. It should be every other Thursday and without warning they just move our day or they move us to monthly drop offs. Save yourself. Go elsewhere.

Our house is still in construction/remodel; we knew it would be when we bought it. A lot of things have happened since we moved to our house & had we to stop in between to take care of other things. It’s a long story)🙄But now we are back on track. We have this old water softener that was here when we moved in that’s been here for at least 20 years that was installed by Pure Water Works. It’s down in a pit in our garage; but that softener is still alive & kicking!😂. We have Adam from Pure Water come out every year (been 5 now) to do maintenance on it, make sure it’s still working right, etc. This company has been amazing for us! They keep it up & running until the remodel is finished & we can place a new softener we will purchase from them in the house in the place we will have for it! But I know this softener is so old & it never gives up! (Will try to get a photo)! But you have to have the right ppl to keep it running right?!! They are the ppl! You won’t be disappointed if you purchase what you need from them & utilize their services!

We had a reverse osmosis system installed several years ago and have real issues getting service from Pure Water Works to change the filters. We made three appointments and they no-showed for all and only called us on one to let they know they were not coming. On top of that the system made a really loud gurgling sound (like turn up the TV so you can hear it loud) that they said could not be fixed. Guess what? We called Culligan, they not only came out for service, they were able to reduce the gurgling noise by 90%...telling us it had been installed poorly. I never write bad reviews, only good ones, but I have to say Pure Water Works really ticked me off.
