This place is a dump. Literally they have no customers and yet you call in and order wait 25 minutes before you go to pick it up and you get there and all the workers are just sitting around talking haven't started your food and have about five handwritten notes all over the doors talking about what machines don't work they're fryers don't work their cash registers don't work. If nothing works why are you open and why are you paying people to sit on their butts instead of prepare the food

Cold food took over 45 minutes to come out after ordering. We were never offered refills on our drinks, and never got the water we requested. Strawberries on my crepes were frozen and the crepes weren’t even filled with anything. Bananas looked brown like they’d been sitting out for hours. They only refunded $1.99 for those nasty pancakes. We are never coming back. Sat in that restaurant for over two hours just to leave still hungry.

Today is a Wednesday, 10:15 am, I walked in to a wait list, fine no problem. 45 minutes later I walked out and went to McAlisters across the street. When I left I counted the current tables at IHOP, they had 6 tables, but was unable to seat me a single eater, another couple and one other group of 2. Yet their were 30 empty tables. The correct Customer experience would be to seat the customers and at least give them a drink, then I’m sure I would have been pleased to wait. If this is what IHOP is all about these days, I may never go back. Next time I want Breakfast, I shall do Waffle House.

f your on vacation and your kids want IHOP, Do NOT go to this location. For whatever reason we walked in and were happy because it wasn't busy. But then came to realize not one person greeted us when we walked in. The servers saw us but just kept going on with whatever they were doing. One server cleaning tables, the other 3 had maybe 1 table each. There was a couple ahead of us that had been waiting for 10 minutes for someone to just come over. The manager , i guess, finally came to the desk after about 15 minutes and didnt apologize or greet us in any friendly manner. Just asked how many and started walking towards a table. She was awful and rude and lacked any human courtesy. Our server Joshua was amazing and really was attentive to us. God Bless him! But that manager was no where to be seen after we were sat. The location looked dead and looked like the employees lacked any sort of motivation to even be there. I will never go to this location ever again. Id rather go tot Bob Evans down the street.

On mothers day my family and I waited about two hours for our food. They would keep coming and telling us that there's one cook and wouldn't help.We were about to leave when they ask my grandma if she wants the lemon she asked for an hour ago.

IHOP isn't a fast food restaurant it is a causal full service dining establishment. I doubt very much that there was only one cook during a morning or day shift. Now at night it is very likely that there could only be one cook. You just have to be patient because when there is one cook and multiple tables come in at once the cook has to make the orders as they come in. For example say five groups of people come in and are sat at the same time and there's at least 4 people per group. That's 20 orders that more then likely come in at once. So depending on what these orders are it may take some time to prepare them. So please be patient and understanding. The servers and the cooks strive to give excellent service and a fun environment.
