My son and I stopped for dinner after a long day at Kings Island to order take out and we are so disappointed. We normally love Blaze and don't currently have one where we live. The guy making our pizza was not friendly or helpful. Our pizza had very little sauce and the dough was chewy. Would have given a one star but the cashier was very polite and friendly. Wish I had read reviews before stopping at this location.

My son's favorite pizza place. I love the individual pizza for each family member, so each person gets what they want with no compromise. They even do half sizes and have a pick two. I tried the Veg Out which was a unique pizza with corn, onions, mushrooms and no pasta sauce. I was shocked how good the pizza was with that combo. They also have great salads as a side.

Mar 16 2022. After my last review again went on this day to Take Advantage of pi day reward and again got a disappointing experience. Our pizza got burned and we tasted carbon instead of crust. Pizza baking guy looks utterly confused on what pizzas he is baking and who they belong to. Check latest pics for reference. I had to throw it. Btw it’s a To Go order. I am done with Blaze pizza now. This happened on Apr 11 2021 at around 7:30 pm. Restaurant is in very bad shape w.r.t cleanliness.I was there for almost 45 min and no staff attempted to clean the food preparing area - counters at all. In fact I observed same behavior last 2 times I went there (Mar-Apr 2021). Sorry to say that even if your feel that food tastes good I am not going back to Blaze purely because of your lack of cleanliness. All staff is happily joking round but no one attempted to clean. Not sure how management of this location is doing. Also the shape of pizza is not round when they pressed in the machine .. came out as something .... almost 5 items are out at 8 pm when you have 2.5 more hours to go .. spinach red pepper mushrooms ..all are out .. then what is the point of having pizza there .. I am attaching pictures for everyone's reference and there you can see ..your food preparing area ..floor with gloves - masks - etc .. see how food is there on counters where they put toppings .. pathetic ... sorry Blaze .. you are trending downwards ..and you lost a customer ..

Sadly this place has gone down hill. I miss the days when we would walk in and the staff would remember our family and the pizza was delicious. My last three experiences have been bad but I decided last night to give it one more chance. I should have known when me and my two kids walked into the door and the entire place was filled with a burnt pizza smell and fog that we should have went somewhere else. We decided to still order. The place was disgusting. The food prep area was filthy. There were a bunch of missing toppings that were not restocked. We ordered 2 simple pies and one build your own. My daughters crust came out black and i asked for them to remake it. They rolled their eyes and did. Next thing we know there is not one employee on the floor with at least 5 pizzas in the oven. 4 minutes later one employee ran back and took them out. ALL BURNT crusts! I get their short staffed along with every other restaurant during this time. But why would I pay for 3 burnt pizzas that are not even edible? My kids were pretty bummed as they were looking forward to pizza all day from Blaze. The manager was not apologetic and didn't care. Our days of giving this place another chance are over. Save your money and go elsewhere.
