We love LaRosa's but The Manager on duty was far from the quality that LaRosa’s has built up over the years. Ie unprofessional, definitely not checking for food quality, multiple customers around us were complaining about the service and food quality. Pizzas were coming out under cooked, customers were having to ask for the simple things like napkins etc, while he was up front chatting it up with workers. Hopefully they correct this and moving forward get this location back up to the standard for LaRosa’s.

6/11/2022 gave this location another try and they did not disappoint this time. I did not know they had a four cheese option. Pictured an XL with extra four cheese, extra capicola ham, pepperoni, mushroom and green peppers on traditional crust. We clicked on the option to cook it longer when ordering online. I would rate 5 stars if they were more generous with toppings. This location has to be one of the most inconsistent locations when it comes to finished pizza product. We even pay for double toppings but there are times you just do not receive it. My family has enjoyed Larosa's for years. Larosa's is very good to our communities/schools in Greater Cincinnati. The Centerville LaRosa's on Alex Bell has to be one of the best locations for consistent finished product. Spend time with that manager and see how they do it. LOVE LOVE LOVE. that’s all I have to say. Extensive menu with choices for everyone, even the pickiest of eaters, and good portion sizes! I got a small pineapple and bacon pizza as well as my lasagna which came with two breadsticks and a salad. I won’t lie, the breadsticks could use a bit more flavor but they had a nice fluffy texture comparable to Olive Garden. Yummy food and the best service I’ve ever had, I wish I could recall our servers name (from the photo) as she was incredibly quick paced, thanked us often, and earned a well-deserved tip. She timely brought out refills before dashing out to return a woman’s phone that had been left on the table, the best experience I could have asked for on a rainy day.

They were very busy. They took my order as soon as I came in. It was a 20 minute wait for a large carry out pizza with 6 toppings.I wanted more toppings but they said I could not have more then 6. The last time I ordered a pizza from Larosas, I was able to order extra toppings for an additional charge.
